2026 Spring Youth

Leagues are recreational for all skill levels to have fun playing flag football.

Divisions for the spring are based on players age as of 8/1/2026
Depending on your child's birthday, they may not be playing in the same division as their friends.

Divisions may fill up before registration ends.
The number of players accepted is subject to the number of volunteer coaches signed up and the number of fields available.
If your desired division is not listed, it has already been closed. Email [email protected] to ask about the waitlist.

Dates and Times (There are no games over Memorial Day Weekend)
Co-Ed Divisions play on Sundays, April 19 to June 14, Mill Pond Park, Belle Mead, NJ
  • 6u -The Practice Squad: 11-11:45 am
  • 8u: 12 PM - 1:30 PM
  • 10u: 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM
  • 12u: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • 15u: 5:15 PM - 6:30 PM
All Girls Division plays on Fridays, April 17 to June 12, Mill Pond Park, Belle Mead, NJ
  • All Girls: 5:30 PM -7:00 PM

2026 Spring Adult (25+)

Register for full season, half season or a single drop in game
Games are played under the same rules as the youth league
There are no pre-set teams. Teams are made at the field depending on who shows up.
**Adults must register online and pay for at least one game. Remaining payments may be paid in cash at the field.
