2024 Fall Adult (25+)

Games are played under the same rules as the youth league and follow the youth league schedule.

There are no pre-set teams. Teams are made at the field depending on who shows up.

**Adults must register online and pay for at least one game. Remaining payments may be paid in cash at the field.

2024 Fall Youth

Leagues are recreational for all skill levels to have fun playing flag football.

Central Jersey Flag has moved from grade-based divisions to age-based divisions.

Divisions for the fall are based on age as of 8/1/2024, not based on grade.

Depending on your child's birthday, they may not be playing in the same division as their friends.

Divisions may fill up before registration ends.

The number of players accepted is subject to the number of volunteer coaches signed up and the number of fields available.

If your desired division is not listed below, it has already been closed.

Dates and Times

All co-ed divisions are played on Saturdays at Mill Pond Park.

6u (The Practice Squad): 9:00-9:45 am

8u Division: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

10u Division: 11:45 AM - 1:15 PM

12u Division: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

15u Division: 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
