2026 Fall Youth

Leagues are recreational for all skill levels to have fun playing flag football.

Central Jersey Flag divisions are age-based.

Divisions for the fall are based on age as of 8/1/2026, not based on grade.

Depending on your child's birthday, they may not be playing in the same division as their friends.

Divisions may fill up before registration ends.

The number of players accepted is subject to the number of volunteer coaches signed up and the number of fields available.

If your desired division is not listed below, it has already been closed.

Dates and Times

All co-ed divisions are played on Saturdays* at Mill Pond Park.

6u (The Practice Squad): 9:00-9:45 am

8u Division: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

10u Division: 11:45 AM - 1:15 PM

12u Division: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

15u Division: 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM

All Girls Division

Sundays**

12 pm - 1:30 pm

2026 Summer Girls Flag Football Clinic

Skill and drills designed for girls ages 9-14 of all experience levels

Participants will work on passing and receiving drills, route running, defense, agility and game situations.

Program is run by experienced CJF coaches, referees as well as flag and tackle football players

Whether you're new to flag football or looking to improve your skills, this clinic is the perfect way to learn, compete and have fun.

Session 1: July 7, 9

Session 2: July 14, 16

Session 3: August 11, 13

Session 4: August 18, 20

Cost: $25 per session

Location: Mill Pond Park; Montgomery NJ (park field #5; CJF's home field)

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
